Air Blue uses Paypal as our payment processor. We do that to reduce overall costs as well as provide a secure sales process that provides enhanced buyer protection that many of you are already familiar with. You do NOT need a Paypal account to make a purchase. Anyone can make a purchase through them with just about any major credit card (or a debit card), including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping is Monday - Friday only. There is no shipping on Saturday and Sunday. All orders placed online Monday - Thursday by 4pm EST will ship same day. Orders placed after 4pm EST will ship next day. Order placed on Friday after 2pm EST will ship on the following Monday. Tracking numbers will be emailed after order has been shipped.
Specific shipping times will be dependent on which shipping method you select and where you are shipping to. We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, but we always ask you to remember that several of the variables related to this our outside of our control.
Internet security, and especially shopping on the internet, is a topic that everyone should take very seriously. All transaction on Air Blue Watches (the website) are handled through Paypal. We do this for the added security they offer the buyer. We also do that because it means that we do not capture, house or contain your sensitive data (credit card numbers, etc.). So even if some were able to hack this site, there is no information available to them. Additionally, we have our own SSL certificate for encryption and force all communications on our site to be encrypted. Please notice the "https" (indicating a secure connection) in the web browser address bar. Depending on the browser, this is often accompanied by an icon of a padlock. Additionally, we also employ (at our cost) additional security measures that sit between our website and you that monitors for even more security related issues. We take your security seriously. Once watches are fully available here on the website, members of the military, police, EMT or any other government employee should email [email protected] for special discounts.
All Air Blue watches are covered by an international 1 year warranty. Please note certain restrictions apply. Watches that are opened by unauthorized repair centers will void the warranty entirely. Watches are NOT covered due to misuse, neglect, careless handling or accidents. Air Blue reserves the right to determine warranty option. Please see your warranty manual for more info. Watches may be returned for full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) after receipt of watch plus 2 days. Customer MUST contact us within 2 days with decision. Watch must be in brand new condition - unused, unworn, and unsized. Customer must pay for shipping inbound on all return/defective watches whether new or worn. Air Blue will ship your watch back via UPS Ground for a fee of $14.95, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
Warranties are NOT transferable. You must purchase your watch from an AUTHORIZED dealer for full warranty coverage. This policy will be strictly enforced with no exceptions. Please email [email protected] to ask about a specific reseller.
